Delivery Fees & Surcharges

We charge a standard delivery fee of R195.35 for online orders.
Important: For deliveries outside local areas or outside Gauteng, a surcharge may apply due to the weight, size or dimensions of certain products.
To obtain an accurate delivery fee upfront, customers are encouraged to email info@jozilighting.co.za or sales@jozilighting.co.za before placing an order.

Free Delivery 

Free delivery applies only within Gauteng, and only when your order exceeds the qualifying spend specified on the website or at checkout.

Payment Methods

We offer the following secure payment options:

PayFast (debit card, credit card, instant EFT, and other supported methods)
EFT / Wire Transfer
In-Store Payments
We accept card payments via our in-store card machine, supporting all standard debit and credit cards.

Restrictions

We do not accept lay-by / lay-buy arrangements.
We do not accept large cash payments, for security and compliance reasons.
