Shipping Policy

At Jozilighting, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please review the following shipping terms to understand how your order will be handled.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are only dispatched once full payment has been received and the funds reflect in our account.
Once payment appears on our side, we arrange for the courier to collect and deliver the order.
If payment is received immediately, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

E-commerce platform order

Some external e-commerce platforms operate with their own service-level agreements (SLAs) and integrated courier services.

When an order is placed on these platforms, payment is handled through the platform.
Once Jozilighting receives payment from the platform, the order is dispatched immediately.
On average, dispatch occurs within 24 hours, after which the courier collects the parcel for delivery.

Shipping turnaround times

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible:

Local Deliveries (Within Gauteng)

If payment reflects quickly, orders are shipped next day.
Typical delivery time: 2–3 business days

Outside Gauteng

  • Standard delivery time: Up to 5 business days
  • Outlying areas: Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery.

Maximum Turnaround

The maximum shipping turnaround time is 5 days, excluding delays caused by courier partners or outlying areas.
This includes the time required to transfer products from suppliers to our dispatch point before delivery occurs.
Important: When using your own courier, Jozilighting cannot be held liable for:

  • Damaged goods
  • Delivery delays or SLA issues
  • Lost or mishandled parcels
  • Extended turnaround times
  • All responsibility for the parcel transfers to the client once handed over to their chosen courier.
